The on-site production of medical oxygen is at the heart of our value proposal, it is the main purpose of GAZ SYSTEMES to provide a safe, efficient and cost-effective technology of oxygen production. We have developped a complete solution which is able to provide medical oxygen as per Europen Pharmacopiea requirements, at low or high pressure, with heavy duty equipment which are designed to work 24/7.
On-site oxygen production systems are composed of several components which all need to be perfectly chosen and set in order to reach the desired quality of oxygen. That is why GAZ SYSTEMES will never only sell the oxygen generator itself, which taken alone is not capable of producing oxygen. The following components are mandatory to produce on-site oxygen and are all selected and prepared by GAZ SYSTEMES with specific care :
Air compressor: This is one of the most critical equipment from all the system because it includes rotating parts which need to be lubricated, cooled and protected in order to work 24/7. GAZ SYSTEMES selects specific ranges of air compressors which are beltless, direct driven in order to increase the efficiency and durability of our oxygen plants.
Air dryers : Whether they use adsorption or refrigeration technology, they are reducing the water content in order to preserve the durability of the molecular sieve of our oxygen generators.
Compressed Air & Medical oxygen tanks: These pressure vessels ensure a continuous delivery of compressed air and oxygen inside the system. Their correct sizing will contribute to the safety and the efficiency of the oxygen production plant.
PSA Oxygen generator : the main component which actually produces medical oxygen by adsorption of the nitrogen.
These four components are essential to provide a low pressure medical oxygen supply to any hospital or health centre.
In order to have a third source of medical oxygen, it is also possible to use a last component in order to refill oxygen cylinders at high pressure. GAZ SYSTEMES completes its offer of on-site oxygen production by a range of pneumatic and electrical oxygen booster which allow a safe and efficient way to fill medical oxygen culinders at high pressure.
